I. Within this document, any mentions of Love Incorporated refer to the publisher of loveEXPLORING, loveFOOD, lovePROPERTY, loveMONEY, Lovemoney Financial Services, and any other publication or platform owned by Love Incorporated.

II. All entrants agree to leave honest and appropriate responses within the survey. Any incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

III. All entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.

IV. The closing date for this competition is 31 May 2024. Love Incorporated reserves the right to amend this date without notice.

V. This competition is run by Love Incorporated, the publisher of loveMONEY, loveEXPLORING, lovePROPERTY and loveFOOD.

VI. Competitions are not open to Love Incorporated employees, nor any other organisation directly involved with this competition.

VII. No purchase is necessary. 

VIII. For a chance to win, entrants must leave their email address, so that the chosen winner can be notified. The winner will be selected at random.

IX. Entries are limited to one per person.

X. Submitting your entry is not proof that Love Incorporated has received your entry, and no responsibility can be taken for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any other reason.

XI. Entrants agree to be contacted by Love Incorporated for this survey and prize draw competition.

XII. The Prize Draw Winner will be notified via email on 03 June 2024. Once contacted, winners have seven calendar days to respond to claim their prize. Failure to respond within seven calendar days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.

XIII. Entrants agree that any failure in the delivery of communications relating to this competition is not the responsibility of Love Incorporated. Love Incorporated cannot be held responsible for delays, or any other inconvenience and/or failure in communications relating to this competition.

XIV. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

XV. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Love Incorporated may require.

XVI. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions are available.

XVII. All entrants agree to read the loveMONEY, loveEXPLORING, lovePROPERTY, loveFOOD privacy policy, disclaimer, cookie policy, and terms of use before entering the competition.

XVIII. Love Incorporated reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, and all entrants should be aware that these rules are not conclusive.
