The SpareGround website allows to you to rent out all sorts of spaces, from your loft (for storage) to your garden (for use as an allotment, for example).
There are also several websites that specialise in helping you rent out your parking space to other motorists. ParkAtMyHouse, YourParkingSpace and ParkLet are all worth a look.
