First up this week, books.

If you’re a fan of Jill Mansell, make sure you check out The Book Depository which is offering her latest novel Take a Chance on Me for half price at seven pounds forty-seven.

Alternatively, Cormac McCarthy’s The Road has over four pounds off at three pounds eighty-five.

And finally, if you’re into your cake baking, why not pick up Planet Cake which will teach you the art of cake decorating. The Book Depository is offering it for half price at seven pounds forty-nine.

If you’re looking for some thumb action this weekend, make sure you hurry down to The Hut.

If you’re hoping to get a new game for your Nintendo Wii, you can now get your hands on Alice in Wonderland for under eighteen pounds – that’s a saving of more than twelve pounds.

Similarly, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing for the Nintendo DS has more than twelve pounds off at seventeen pounds seventy-three.

And for the PSP, you can pick up Silent Hill: Shattered Memories for seventeen pounds ninety-three.

Freebie of the week

Finally, this week’s freebie.

If you’re turning forty this year, Woburn Safari Park is offering you free admission to celebrate its own fortieth birthday.

Just take your passport with you to the safari park to get your free admission. This deal is valid until the thirty-first of October.

And if you’re not turning forty this year, don’t worry because you can still pick up tickets for just one pound on Thursday the twentieth of May – the park’s actual birthday.
