    For you brilliant minds @Love, the coins that you identified as being produced at the Philadelphia Mint, that bear an 'S' mint mark, WERE PRODUCED AT THE SAN FRANCISCO MINT which stopped circulation coin production in 1985 / 1986. I wonder how much other information that you posted is correct?
