    What a naive and contradictory article - Having been made redundant a number of times in 40 years - some tips - dont share you expert knowledge. As a company which had 'merged' with mine looked for redundancies we all co-operated. A colleague was asked by the boss if who was the only one who knew how a mission critical computer system worked, and what could he tell him about it? He was told to go away (off) The guy kept his job much longer than the rest of us. Another employer threatened and bullied me for 12 years but it was excellent money so I accepted it. Both were large famous companies
