Property website Zoopla has analysed the prices of 117 of Britain’s coastal towns to find the areas which have seen the biggest annual change in property prices over the last year.

    Cornwall features heavily. It's great for holidays and the locals are lovely, although unprotected from this invasion from other parts of the UK, but we lived there for 9 years and moved out. It's totally different living there from holidaying there. It is actually a poor area and it shows. They weather is not too great either.
