Overseas aid budget due for a sharp review? I hate the advertisements that beg for donations when this situation is identified. Our politicians cannot negotiate Brexit so they will not want or be able to sort our part in supporting the undeserving wealthy. Does overseas aid ever get fully checked irrespective as to who is getting the money?

Well, perhaps the fools in the UK that turn on the bleeding heart stuff about Africa should tell the country to sort out their own thieves and grab back the cash they have been ripping off for years! It disgusts me that most of the list of leaders also treated their people so badly and ensured that they stayed in poverty while the leaders lived the life of some sort of royalty! Outrageous!

I am absolutely shocked to the core by this article. We should do something, and the best thing we can do is start to teach the value of democratic standards in schools, become more democratic ourselves (since the EU referendum, I have come to believe that we're actually an aristocracy - and too many people wrongly think that it's best to have "experts" overrule the popular choice), and thus lead the rest of the world by example.
