As competition from online businesses grows, more than 7,000 stores shut in 2019 in the US, while changing consumer behavior is not only affecting the retail sector, but the energy industry, pharmaceutical business and others, meaning that many big companies have had to restructure to pay off debts, or in some instances close completely.
