Marc Anthony has put his sprawling waterfront mansion in Coral Gables, Florida on the market for a whopping $27 million (£19m). The star bought the impressive Italian-style estate just two years ago for $19 million (£13.4m) from Bacardi heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi, which was reported to be the highest price ever paid in the gated enclave of Cocoplum.

Known as Casa Costanera, the enormous Amalfi-inspired mansion spans more than 20,500 square feet and the sale includes 1.3 acres of prime Florida real estate, a private boat dock and 480 feet of water frontage with access to the ocean. This beautiful beach house in Malibu, California, just sold for a whopping $13.1 million (£9.5m). Sitting right on the sand, the home has belonged to iconic Friends star Matthew Perry since 2011, when he reportedly snapped it up for $12 million (£8.7m). Matthew spent lockdown enjoying the home's waterfront decks, private hot tub and rooftop garden, before placing it on the market in August 2020.
