Marc Anthony looks to have secured a buyer for his sprawling waterfront mansion in Coral Gables, Florida. Listed for a whopping $27 million, the star bought the impressive Italian-style estate just two years ago for $19 million from Bacardi heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi, which was reported to be the highest price ever paid in the gated enclave of Cocoplum.

After putting his plush Miami Beach mansion on the market back in December 2020, Genesis drummer Phil Collins has reportedly let the property go for just shy of $40 million. A point of contention with his ex-wife Orianne Cevey, who at the time of listing was occupying the house with her new husband according to the New York Post, we can imagine Collins will be relieved to bid the mansion goodbye.

Sitting right on the sand, the home has belonged to iconic Friends star Matthew Perry since 2011, when he reportedly snapped it up for $12 million.
