As you likely already know, Miley Cyrus is no stranger to incredible homes. In fact, the actor turned pop megastar is somewhat of a real estate mogul. In July 2020, the 'Midnight Sky' singer bought this Hidden Hills home for $4.9 million and 12 months later has decided it's time to say goodbye. After undertaking an extensive (and stunning) interior makeover, Cyrus sold the property in an off-market deal for a cool $7.2 million.

Over the space of a year, Cyrus transformed the home's once chic and stripped-back rooms into colorful and playful spaces filled with one-off pieces, vibrant wall art, statement wallpapers, neon accents and loud fabrics. Sitting on the second level, the main VIP-worthy bedroom offers a sitting area, a fireplace and a walk-in closet fit for a fashion icon like Miley.

This month, the couple is waving goodbye to their long-time Manhattan apartment and is seeking $21.5 million from a keen buyer.

The past few months have been incredibly fruitful for tennis icon, Novak Djokovic. Fresh from his 2021 Wimbledon win, which was his 20th Grand Slam victory, the ATP Number One just off-loaded his stunning Miami Beach condo for a cool $6 million. This sum might seem measly to Djokovic, since Forbes suggests he has earned a staggering $148 million in prize money during his career – the highest of any sports star in history.
