One of the fastest growing chains in the US, Raising Cane’s has Chick-Fil-A and KFC worried. Its cult following flock for one thing: hot, crisp chicken fingers. A regional fast food joint with a retro twist, Blake’s Lotaburger was founded in New Mexico in 1952.
