Poutine
A Canadian classic the rest of the world also adores, poutine is incredibly indulgent. Perfectly crispy fries are topped with lashings of gravy and, of course, cheese curds. Originating from Québec, but also popular in parts of the US, especially Wisconsin, cheese curds are moist pieces of curdled milk.
