Make-up artist Jordan James Parke has taken his adoration for Kim Kardashian to the extreme, and claims to have splashed $150,000 (£114k) on more than 50 cosmetic procedures in a bid to emulate the reality star.

The spitting image of her idol, it's probably safe to say that transgender model Thalia Almodovar, 29, has the edge on Jordan James Parke in the Kim Kardashian lookalike stakes. The dead ringer has spent over $100,000 (£76k) on surgery to resemble Mrs West.

The Ken double has forked out a whopping $466,000 (£355k) on 42 procedures, including seven nose jobs, pec and ab implants, and regular Botox, but his cosmetic surgery journey hasn't all been plain sailing. Earlier this year, Alves almost lost his re-worked nose after contracting a flesh-eating bug.

Possibly the most convincing Ken doll lookalike, Brazilian model Celso Santebañes spent almost $40,000 (£30k) on several major cosmetic surgeries and minor procedures in his mission to look like the iconic Mattel doll.

A media celebrity in his native Brazil, Santebañes' career was cruelly cut short when he was diagnosed with leukemia early last year. Sadly, the 20-year-old passed away in June 2015 after a five-month battle with the illness.
