This dynamic online video advertising platform, which has only been around since 2010, is growing by 4,326% on average year on year. Hailing from New York, the company has 30 employees and counting, and is currently turning over a tidy $28.3 million (£21.3m) annually.

Shaking up the cybersecurity industry, California's Cylance makes innovative anti-virus software that prevents rather than merely detects infections.
