NBC's comedy mockumentary TV series The Office, based on Ricky Gervais's BBC series of the same name, ran for nine successful seasons between 2005 and 2013.

It followed the lives of employees at the Dunder Mifflin paper company in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and catapulted many of its cast members from small-screen stars to Hollywood heavyweights.

A reboot of the hit series is reportedly in the works with original showrunner Greg Daniels at the helm, though it's unknown at this point if any of the actors made famous by the show will return.
