Marc Anthony has put his sprawling waterfront mansion in Coral Gables, Florida on the market for a whopping $27 million (£19m). The star bought the impressive Italian-style estate just two years ago for $19 million (£13.4m) from Bacardi heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi, which was reported to be the highest price ever paid in the gated enclave of Cocoplum. 

Known as Casa Costanera, the enormous Amalfi-inspired mansion spans more than 20,500 square feet and the sale includes 1.3 acres of prime Florida real estate, a private boat dock and 480 feet of water frontage with access to the ocean. The main living space gives a taste of what is to come with the rest of the house and features high panelled ceilings, and arched windows and doorways that look out over the garden.

This is just one of two custom-crafted Italian kitchens in the home. It boasts rich wooden cabinets and shiny marble worktops. Elsewhere there are 12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a private lift, wine cellar and separate guest quarters and staff residences, just to name a few of the amazing features. 

Heading outside, the beautiful grounds offer a mix of cultivated gardens, expansive covered and uncovered terraces, an outdoor entertainment area, a summer kitchen and a heated pool. 

Located in Sumner County, Tennessee, Kelly Clarkson's stunning mansion has been on the market since 2017. Initially offered for $8.8 million (£6.2m), the property has just had its second price reduction and is now on the market for $7 million (£5m). The singer bought the idyllic waterfront estate in 2013 for $2.8 million (£2m), which sits in a quiet gated cul-de-sac, with its own private dock, a saltwater swimming pool and two spas. 

Built in 2007, the huge house covers 20,121 square feet and boasts a grand foyer and a two-storey reception room, complete with a fireplace, French doors and a mezzanine level. Ideal for big gatherings, the luxurious gourmet kitchen comes complete with plenty of seating, high-end appliances and dramatic fixtures. 

The seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms are all as immaculate as the public spaces, with a contemporary style that also blends attractive period details, including full-length stone fireplaces, timber panelled ceilings, hardwood floors and antique casement windows.

British actress Joan Collins has listed her long-time apartment in Manhattan, New York, that she shares with husband Percy Gibson, for $2 million (£1.4m). Having bought the home in 2002, the same year that they married, it's been on and off the market over the last few years. 

This marks the last of Collins' American properties to hit the market and, as expected, it is extremely glamorous from top-to-bottom. The expansive open-plan living space is bright and airy, with three sides facing out onto the city streets through large picture windows. 

With two master suites that sit in separate wings of the condo, there is plenty of room for hosting guests. The third bedroom is currently used as a home office but it could easily be converted back into a sleeping space. Plus there are three bathrooms and 16 wardrobes! 

With flashy touches throughout, this bathroom sticks to the glamorous décor with its mirrored walls and marble sink top. The apartment is located in a feature-packed 'white-glove co-op' called The Dorchester; a 20-storey luxury building just a few blocks from Central Park. The new owner will also have access to a whole host of amenities including a brand new fitness centre, a parking garage and a team of helpful staff to meet every need. 

American rapper, Nelly, who had a whole host of hits in the noughties, has sold his crumbling abandoned mansion in St. Louis, Missouri for the original list price of $599,000 (£423k). Bought in 2002 at the height of his fame for a reported $2 million (£1.4m), it has been said that Nelly purchased the house hoping to flip it, and has never lived there. 

Built in 1998, this huge house shows plenty of promise with a grand entrance foyer, a double-height living space and a great room that overlooks the garden. Many of the rooms benefit from breathtaking views looking out over the surrounding grounds, while outside the white stucco exterior needs a light touch-up to make this home sparkle again.

Heading outside, the manse sits on 12 acres of land and has an abandoned and faded basketball court and pool. Perfect for nature lovers, the expansive grounds have woodland trails that lead towards the Meramec River valley. 

Model and actress Cara Delevingne has put her whimsical Los Angeles home, which she shares with sister Poppy, on the market for $3.8 million (£2.7m). The pair splashed out on the home in 2017 for just over $2 million (£1.4m) after reportedly buying it from Joker actor Jared Leto.

Spread over two floors and with 4,000 square feet of interior space, the Delevingne sisters have decked out the rooms in a colourful, bohemian style. Walking through the entrance hall leads you to this dining room, which is one of the most unusual spaces in the house with a green lacquered ceiling and walls. 

The four bedrooms take on a much more relaxed style, with fresh white walls and sliding doors that lead out to the peaceful garden space. The only hint of the quirky Delevingne style comes from the tropical wallpaper behind the bed. It really is the perfect home for a supermodel!

If all this wasn't enough the home also has a tropical-themed bar and a bonus room that would make the perfect recording studio. Outside, a wraparound balcony on the second floor overlooks the pool area, which features a spa, firepit and barbecue. A second, secluded outdoor dining area is tucked away out of sight under the shade of trees, making the perfect alfresco entertaining space. 

Retired pro tennis player, Caroline Wozniacki and her former New York Knicks player David Lee have sold their opulent apartment in Miami for a reported $16.3 million (£11.5m). The lavish home, which sits in the Palazzo Del Sol development on celebrity hotpot Fisher Island, went on the market for $17.5 million (£12.4m) in January. The couple bought it in 2018 for $13.5 million (£9.6m). 

The 8,400-square-foot condo has access to a private lift, comes with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large open-plan living space. The sophisticated lounge looks out over Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, making for an ideal space to unwind. 

The gourmet kitchen has been fitted with all the latest appliances and is the perfect place to cook up a storm, with clean white cabinets and grey stone worktops. The central island doubles up as a breakfast bar making the kitchen the social hub of the home. 

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home isn't short of space. The master suite is the most luxurious room with access to the terrace and dual walk-in wardrobes. The couple would have also had access to a huge 2,400 square foot wraparound terrace and all the amenities that come with living in a luxury building, such as a six-star concierge service. 

On the market for $2.7 million (£1.9m), DJ and record producer Diplo has listed his glass-fronted mansion in the Hollywood Hills. The star bought the home in 2016 for $2.4 million (£1.7m) but is selling up since he moved into his breathtaking Balinese-inspired mansion in Malibu. 

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac above Beachwood Canyon, the light-filled home is spread over 2,500 square feet. The open-plan living space, dining room and kitchen feature clean lines and fresh white walls with a sleek black fireplace for stylish contrast. Looking out over the city below with breathtaking views, it doesn't get much better than this! 

With multiple terraces, the home is perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living and has a collection of spaces that include a yoga retreat, an outdoor meditation space and a recording studio with professional soundproofing. Essential for a world-famous record producer!

After putting his plush Miami Beach mansion on the market back in December 2020, Genesis drummer Phil Collins has reportedly let the property go for just shy of $40 million (£29m). A point of contention with his ex-wife Orianne Cevey, who at the time of listing was occupying the house with her new husband according to the New York Post, we can imagine Collins will be relieved to bid the mansion goodbye.

There's even a private dock so you can take to the water at a moment's notice. It's hardly surprising that this glamorous estate has seen its fair share of A-list owners over the years – Jennifer Lopez even called the compound home back in the noughties. 

Positioned on a vast estate in Powder Springs, Georgia, this expansive equestrian property is widely reported to have belonged to movie megastar Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson for less than two years. An entity linked to the Fast & Furious actor's business managers is said to have paid $9.5 million (£6.9m) for the estate in 2019 – a mere drop in the ocean for one of the world's richest men. In fact, Forbes named The Rock the world's highest-paid actor two years in a row and he allegedly takes home $87.5 million (£64m) annually.

The Jumanji star could be set to make a sizable loss when the sprawling estate finally sells, but we doubt he'll miss the money. The 14,791-square-foot home has eight bedrooms, six bathrooms and two standalone apartments, but that's not all. The Provincial-style mansion benefits from soaring ceilings framed by beams, elegant wide plank walnut flooring, expansive stone fireplaces and endless windows, all of which allow for picture-perfect landscape views.

Sandra Bullock has sold off her stunning oceanfront retreat on Tybee Island in Georgia, USA. The Bird Box actor offloaded the 3,360-square-foot breathtaking beach house plus a 2,848-square-foot guesthouse for $4.2 million (£3m). Considering the star bought the coastal compound in 2001 for just under $1.5 million (£1.1m), she made a tasty profit on the sale.

Positioned within touching distance of the water's edge, the island escape features spacious, light-filled living areas, cathedral ceilings, timber accents and nautical details; think whitewashed shiplap walls, natural hardwood floors and rattan furnishings. Offering four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, dining room and kitchen, the coastal retreat is perfect for entertaining. Fit for acting royalty, Sandra's former bedroom also has an expansive closet and a private screened-in porch.

The main house also boasts a rec room, a home gym and a pyjama lounge – whatever that might be. The secondary property is just as amazing. The picture-perfect beach house might be smaller, but it still offers plenty of inside space, including three bedrooms, three bathrooms and airy, open-plan living rooms. There are also plenty of exterior porches, some of which offer dreamy ocean views. 

The guesthouse also benefits from a neutral colour palette, warmed by natural timber floors and soft furnishings in delicate coastal tones. Ever wanted to take a peek inside Matt Damon's crib? Well now you can, because his ultra-polished zen retreat has just hit the market. But be warned, you'll need a cool $21 million (£15.3m) in the bank to be in with the chance of buying it. For sale with Sotheby's International Realty, the palatial property can be found in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood of Los Angeles and was bought by The Martian star in 2012 for $15 million (£11m).

Flanked by the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica Mountains, the tropical retreat benefits from over half an acre of land and 13,508 square feet of inside space. As well as some seriously stunning living areas, the property also offers seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. As the listing states, the house showcases "masterful craftsmanship and exceptional amenities", including a central atrium with an imposing 35-foot mahogany ceiling.

Built in 2004, the pad was created by Grant Kirkpatrick of KAA Design and is overflowing with natural light, textured stone and Japanese-inspired décor. There's an open-plan living room, a dining space, family room and chef's kitchen, as well as a games room, office, bar, home gym, theatre and wine room. While the master bedroom comes complete with dual dressing rooms and a spa-style ensuite, there's a whole separate wing for live-in staff.

As well as all this interior space, the zen hideaway also comes with an expansive resort-style yard with a swimming pool, spa, koi pond, waterfall and a Hawaiian-style veranda for alfresco dining. There's also ample space for soaking up the Californian sunshine or hosting A-lister gatherings. As far as luxurious mansions go, Matt Damon's is up there with the best. 

Former One Direction star Liam Payne has come a long way since his boy band days. At just 27 years old, the singer has one seriously impressive (and grown-up) home, which he's just offloaded for a cool $10.2 million (£7.4m). Located in the sought-after city of Calabasas, California, the crib was bought by another A-lister, the American singer-songwriter Halsey. Sitting at the end of a long driveway, the property features a guardhouse, making it the perfect choice for a sought-after celeb.

Liam bought the estate in 2015 for a cool $10 million (£7.3m), so made a small profit on the sale. Built in 1991, the home spans 9,659 square feet and benefits from five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and plenty of lavish living areas. There's a beautiful double-height library embellished with mahogany, as well as a wine cellar, a plush media room and a chef's kitchen. 

Fit for music royalty, the pad offers plenty of extravagant extras too, including a substantial recording studio and a music room that overlooks the garden – the perfect place for penning new songs. 

Sitting on almost five park-like acres, the lavish retreat also has a resort-style swimming pool, a meditation house, a full gym and two separate residences for VIP guests. Before Halsey picked up the property, Liam played landlord and rented the compound out for a staggering $50,000 (£36k) per month, according to Dirt. 

Reported to be worth a staggering $130 million (£95m), professional basketball player Chris Paul can certainly afford to live a lavish lifestyle – and his Houston mansion proves it. Up until 2019, the NBA All-Star played for the Houston Rockets, but since joining the Phoenix Suns last year, it seems Chris no longer has a need for this gorgeous glass house.

Chris reportedly purchased the home in 2018 for an estimated $6.9 million (£5m) and although the final sale price has been kept under wraps, the mansion was on the market for $7.2 million (£5.3m). Sitting right on the sand, the home has belonged to iconic Friends star Matthew Perry since 2011, when he reportedly snapped it up for $12 million (£8.7m). Matthew spent lockdown enjoying the home's waterfront decks, private hot tub and rooftop garden, before placing it on the market in August 2020.
