Having recently moved into an LA apartment, Berggruen is looking a little more settled – and, perhaps, ready to settle down. Arkadiy Abramovich, 25, future net worth: $2.62 billion (£2bn)
You might recognise Arkadiy's surname – that's because his father is the owner of Chelsea Football Club, Roman Abramovich.
