Barclays tops bank complaints table

Barclays received the highest number of banking complaints in the first half of this year - with current accounts a big cause of disagreements.

Hello Rebecca You have published similar articles before and it is still the case that league tables, like the ones you include are pretty meaningless if they are not quantified. We need to know the number of accounts, policies, credit cards etc issued by each institution, so as to get the full picture
