This week's round-up of top bagains includes the complete box set of Friends for £50, 70% off make-up and perfume at Debenhams and 50% off Le Creuset cookware!

First up this week, Asda has a special offer on the new Call of Duty: World at War game for the PS3 and Xbox 360. It's currently retailing in store for a bargainous £27 -- that's a massive saving of £23 off the RRP. You can find your local Asda store here, and I'd recommend calling to check they have the game in stock before venturing to the shops.

Secondly, anyone who was followed the recent US election -- or is now curious about the nation's new President-elect -- might be interested in reading Barack Obama's book, Dreams From My Father. It's reduced by £6 to just £2.99 at TheBookPeople.

Meanwhile, at Blackwells, there's currently a 3 for 2 deal on a 200-strong selection of favourite paperbacks.

And at Boots, this Fujifilm digital camera is half price at £89.99. Online buyers will benefit from an additional 1500 Advantage Card points (£15 worth) if they spend £75 or more in a single transaction up until 17 November.

There's also a wide selection of discounts and deals on clothes and beauty products this week.

Fans of Oasis can save 20% off online purchases until 17 November, thanks to LOOK magazine. Simply quote the code LOOK2008 at the checkout to claim your reduction.

Grazia magazine is offering a similar deal for its readers: buy the latest issue (number 193) for £1.90, and you can claim 20% off purchases at Warehouse, Karen Millen, DKNY Jeans, Lacoste and Armani Exchange.

Fans of Dorothy Perkins can also claim 20% off until 16 November. Online shoppers should click here to browse the website and claim their discount, while those buying in store can use this click and print voucher.

If it's footwear you're after, why not check out the mid-season sale at Office? Currently, there's up to 75% off selected lines.

And in Faith's accessory event, there's now up to £30 off boots, up to £20 off selected shoes and up to £25 off handbags -- perfect for those looking to snazz up their wardrobes or find fabulously fashionable Christmas gifts.

At Debenhams, there's currently up to 70% off selected make-up and fragrance products in its clearance sale. And at Boots, there's up to 50% off selected fragrances.

Finally, this Braun Oral B Vitality Sonic toothbrush is now less than half price at Amazon. It's reduced to just £11.97.

Homewares

Homewares hunters will find their fair share of bargains this weekend too. At BHS, there's 20% off everything on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 November.

And this Kenwood stainless steel illuminating kettle has also caught my eye -- it's now half price at Argos, and costs £19.99.

Most tempting of all, however, is Amazon's range of discounts on classic Le Creuset cookware. There's currently up to 50% off items in the Satin blue range, and gift sets are also on offer at half price. I'm definitely hoping to find something from this range in my Christmas stocking!

Festive fun

Finally, I couldn't let this edition of Frugal Friday go by without including a few deals to inspire forward-thinking Christmas shoppers.

At M&S, there's currently a 3 for 2 offer on a wide range of Christmas goodies -- from toys and decorations to food and drink.

Thorntons is also offering a 3 for 2 deal on seasonal sweeties. It includes advent calendars, truffle selections, toffees and chocolate snowmen.

Finally, Christmas wouldn't feel complete without watching the festive film Santa Claus: The Movie. It's now on offer at £2.99 at HMV.com.
