Morrisons My Points Boosters: supermarket trialling ‘hyper-personalised’ offers

Customers will be able to earn additional loyalty points on up to 10 favourites through the More Card app or site.

Morrisons are trialling a new way for customers to earn more loyalty points when they shop.

The My Points Boosters scheme will let shoppers select up to 10 ‘favourite’ items on the site or in the More Card app from a list which is based on their shopping history over the last 12 months.

The more you buy of the selected brands or categories, the more points you can earn.

Sadly it’s only possible to take part in the new scheme if you use the supermarket’s app or website, meaning some older and vulnerable shoppers may be excluded.

You can find Points Boosters by clicking on the Collectors section of the app or website, then clicking on the My Points Booster Banner.

This is on the bottom navigation bar in the app, or along the top of the page on the website.

It will take you to a page, where you’ll see any seasonal or targeted promotions, as well as the My Points Boosters.

Rachel Eyre, chief customer and marketing officer at Morrisons, said the new scheme would “offer more personalisation and greater value to our customers”.
