If you were Chancellor, what would you do?

It's the 2015 Budget this week and, as has now become customary, huge chunks of the speech have already been leaked.

We know that there will be further confirmation of the Government's intention to allow pensioners to sell on their annuities (for more read Government wants to allow sale of annuities) and some increase to the personal tax allowance seems inevitable.
