TopCashback adds Aldi and Lidl to ‘Snap & Save’ service
You can now pocket cashback when you shop at the budget supermarkets.
You can now earn cashback when you buy certain items at Aldi and Lidl, after the two budget supermarkets were added to TopCashback’s ‘Snap & Save’ service.
Snap & Save is a clever way to get a bit of money back when you buy specific items at the nation’s supermarkets. After you’ve finished your shopping, you simply take a photo of your receipt and upload the photo to the TopCashback website. You can do all of this through its app too. Check out our review of the Snap & Save app for more details on how it works.
Up until now you could only collect cashback at the bigger supermarket chains like the Co-op, Sainsbury’s and Tesco. However you can now save even more cash on your shopping by picking up your groceries at the so-called 'deep discounters'.
Here are some examples of this week’s Snap & Save deals, and which deep discounter is offering them cheapest:
- Mug Shot on the go: buy one and get 40p cashback (currently 79p at Aldi)
- Angel Delight: buy one get and get 30p cashback (currently 32p at Aldi)
- Branston Original pickle: buy one and get 20p cashback (currently 93p at Aldi)
- Deli Continental paté: buy one and get 10p cashback (currently 49p at Aldi)
- Cadbury Twin pot: buy one and get 50p cashback (currently 50p at Lidl)
- Snack-a-Jacks sweet: buy one and get 45p cashback (currently 99p at Lidl)
- Flora pro.activ spread: buy one and get 25p cashback (currently £2.89 at Lidl)
- Baxters vegetarian soup: buy one and get 15p cashback (currently 69p at Lidl)
However, perhaps the most exciting deal of all is £1 cashback on either a Buttons medium Easter egg from Aldi or a chocolate Easter bunny from Lidl.
The Snap & Save deals change each week, so be sure to check what the latest offers are before you head off to do your food shopping. Once receipts have been submitted, cashback will track within your TopCashback account within seven working days and will become payable within 30 days.

There’s also CheckoutSmart, where current deals include free 1.75l bottles of Coca Cola Life and a range of vegetables from Tesco, and Shopitize, which currently offers £1 cashback on bags of Popchips and 500ml bottles of Budvar lager.
