Updated on 07 September 2015 | 1 Comment

Apply before 27th October 2015 and gets thousands of extra Flying Club Miles.

Virgin Atlantic is giving you even more Flying Club Miles on its White and Black Credit Cards.

You actually get two credit cards with each, an American Express and a Visa.

The White Credit Card

On the White Credit Card, you'll get 3,000 miles with your first card purchase made within 90 days of account opening, plus an additional 7,000 if you apply before 27th October 2015 and spend at least £1,000 in the first 90 days. The representative APR is 17.9%.

With the White Card you earn a mile for every £1 you spend on the American Express card and for every £2 spent on the Visa.

And if you spend £15,000 on the card over a year, you get a free companion ticket so you can take a friend or loved one with you.

The Black Credit Card

The Black Credit Card gives you 18,500 miles with your first card purchase made within 90 days of account opening, plus 13,500 bonus miles if you apply for it before 27th October 2015 and spend at least £3,000 in the first 90 days. You earn two Flying Club miles for every pound spent on the American Express card and one for every pound spent on the Visa.

And you only need to spend £7,500 in a year to qualify for the companion reward flight.

Just watch out for the representative APR of 52% and the sizeable £140 annual fee.

What can I use the miles for?
