What money questions would you ask the Prime Minister?
If you could ask David Cameron a question on anything finance-related, what would it be?
This week’s Prime Minister’s Questions session at Westminster was rather different. Not only was it Jeremy Corbyn’s first appearance at the despatch box since becoming Leader of the Opposition, but the questions he asked were not his own – they were questions that had been sent in by the general public.
As a result, we had personal questions from “Paul”, “Marie”, “Gail” and others.
So we want to know what you, the loveMONEY readers, would ask the Prime Minister if you had the chance?
Would you ask about Tax Credit changes? Or about the reduction of the welfare cap?
Perhaps you’d ask him to clear up the confusion around how much people will actually get from the new ‘flat rate’ State Pension?
Maybe you’d want to get his view on whether ‘noflation’ really has left us all better off, as the Cebr has claimed? Or when he would like to see Bank Base Rate rise?
Or what he thinks about the Financial Services Compensation Scheme limit falling by £10,000 at the end of the year?
If you could get Mr Corbyn to ask David Cameron a money question on your behalf, what would it be? Let us know in the comments box below.
