This week, there’s 50% off books at Play.com. My top picks are The Carrie Diaries by Candace Bushnell for just £6.49 (for all you Sex and the City fans) and A Beginners Guide to Acting English by Shappi Khorsandi for £5.49. Also, check out the clearance section where books start from just £2.99.

And don’t forget, Amazon is also holding a half price sale too!

DVDs and computer games

My top computer game and DVD bargains of the week come from Base.com, where you can get Just Dance for the Wii for a tango-tastic £16.45, and save £11 on the boxset of the hit programme Glee.

Freebie of the week
