From freebies to half-price food, here's our latest discounts and deals...

It's April, and you don't have to be Michael Fish to predict that April showers have arrived firmly on the scene.

But amid the grey skies and gloomy weather, whether you're looking for bargain dining or this season's latest fashion styles, here are our latest discounts and deals to help brighten your day.

Keen to get fit in style? Amazon currently has a half price sale on many Puma trainers. There's plenty of sizes available, with everything from football boots to dainty pumps up for grabs.

Skincare lovers will be pleased to know that Boots still has a 3 for 2 deal on thousands of skincare products. You can mix and match, the cheapest item is free.

Clothing chain Monsoon is famous for its lovely summer dresses. Unfortunately they often also have not so lovely prices to match. However, from Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th April you can get 25% off all purchases with this voucher. Take it to your nearest store to receive your discount.

Thanks to Handbag.com, until the 27th April you can get 2 for 1 on all Wagamama main meals. Simply cut out the voucher and hand it to staff, it couldn't be simpler!

Love those Mr Men books? Well, whether you're a child at heart, or, er, just a child, you can now get your mitts on a free giant double sided Mr Men poster while stocks last.

Here's one for the green fingered among us. If you're a plant lover, you can currently get a £5 voucher when you spend £50 or more at Homebase to use off your next order. What's more, if you spend over £100, you'll receive a £10 voucher.

And finally, want to spice up your love life for next to nothing? The Ann Summers sale is in full swing, and if you're lucky, there's up to 80% off some items.

Offers which continue to be valid:

Anyone with an Xbox 360 might be interested in this portable 64MB memory unit, which is now less than half price (£9.99) at Argos. If you're heading to a mate's house for a night of gaming, take this drive with you means you to transport your game progress and your Xbox Live account.

For anyone who enjoys movies, Lovefilm.com also has a special treat this week. Sign up for their free 30-day film trial quoting MT3CN2 in the promotional code box, and you'll receive two free cinema tickets redeemable at cinemas across the UK. (Just remember, if you decide not to continue with Lovefilm once the 30 days are up, you must cancel your direct debit with them to avoid being charged).

For those people whose favourite place on earth is bed, Asda's offer on duvets and pillows might be of interest.

At the moment a single duvet and pillow costs £5, while a double duvet and two pillows is just £7. Since few of us replace these items as regularly as we should, now might be a great time to get them in - but it will mean venturing out to your local Asda store, as the deals are not available online. Call 0500 100 055 to locate your nearest Asda and check availability.

Currys have a great offer this week on men's clippers. This Nicky Clarke Wet `N' Dry Clipper Set is half price at £14.99 -- so even if you're chilling out this weekend lads, there's no excuse not to look neat!

Anyone looking to invest in car break-down cover should check out the RAC's policies, currently discounted by 25% if you sign up online. Better still, buy your cover through cashback website Quidco and get £21 cash back. Policies start from £33.

Lingerie store La Senza's website currently has a whole host of offers on its underwear. Many items are available at half price, and there are also special deals on some bras (2 for £20) and knickers (2 pairs for £6). Elsewhere, Shoe-Shop.com is offering up to 70% off footwear from brands as diverse as Sketchers, Hush Puppies, Kickers and Converse.

Play.com's brilliant offer on this Panasonic Lumix camera is also still available. With a third off at £209.99, this isn't a compact snapper - but its many functions are simple to use, and it's a great option for those who'd like to take a step up from their basic `point and click' digital camera.

If you're a pizza-lover, you can still get 20% off Domino's Pizza orders over £20 when you pay with your Barclaycard. Quote code BCZ8LJJJ when you're ordering. But fill up fast -- the offer ends on April 30th.

And thanks to Sky, you can still get 2 for 1 entry to a range of top attractions until 31 May. These include Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Madame Tussauds and Warwick Castle. You can print off as many vouchers as you like, and Sky customers can also receive a 50% discount at Alton Towers Resort Hotels. Book by phone on 0871 222 9847 and quote promotion code: SKY.

Voucher code heaven can be found at myvouchercodes.co.uk, a website which lists a range of discount codes and printable vouchers to help you save on your everyday shopping.

Deals encompass everything from buy one get on free on Greggs pasties to £20 off orders at dixons.co.uk.

And Amazon fans looking for a bargain should take note of Price Cut Review, a nifty website that lists all current Amazon products selling at half price or less.
