If you spend £100 you'll get 2,000 bonus Advantage points - worth £20. Simple enter the code ADEM46 at the on-line checkout and the points will be added to your basket. But hurry - this offer is only available on Tuesday 30 and Wednesday 31 October. Don't forget it's also running its `3 for 2' promotion on gifts and toys.

Nectar

Nectar's Treat Fleet is heading your way - simply check out the Nectar site and find out when it will be in your town.

Head to your local Sainsbury's on the day and collect your free chocolate bar - check inside the wrapper and if you're a winner you could claim a free DAB radio, Toshiba portable DVD player, Samsung digital camera or a Delonghi coffee maker!

Pizza Express

Don't forget that you can currently snap up a great Nectar offer at Pizza Express - one main meal for just 500 Nectar points when two people are dining - see the Nectar website to find out how to get your voucher.

Gym Membership

If you fancy getting in shape before munching those mince pies, snap up a 10 day gym membership with 50% off with Cannons health clubs for just 1,200 Nectar points, which includes two free personal training sessions.

Cinema

And if you're worried about entertaining the kids over the Christmas holidays, Nectar is also offering the chance to take them to an advance screening of the Disney film "Enchanted" on 2 December at your local Vue cinema for just 500 points per ticket.

Tesco

Order any wine from Tesco and you'll get free delivery for this week only (until 4 November).
