Whether it's hardcore gaming or a spot of Mozart you fancy, we've got it all in our latest discounts and deals...
Alas, gloomy skies and dismal weather have once again dampened our chances for a decent summer. Here's our latest discounts and deals to help brighten your day.
With the new X-Files movie about to hit our cinema screens, why not give yourself a recap of all nine - yes, nine -- series at Amazon for just £69.98. Cheap, considering you get 61 discs of pure X Files entertainment!
If you're a fan of Tom Hanks, this special five disc DVD boxset includes some of his earliest films such as Road to Perdition, Man With One Red Shoe, and one of my personal favourites, Big, for just £6.97 at Asda Entertainment.
Gamers looking for a bargain can currently pick up an Xbox 360 Arcade pack, including a brand new Xbox 360 console, wireless controller, 256 MB memory unit and five games for just £148.71 at Tesco Direct.
Plus, for a limited time, enter voucher code TDX-FDAN at the checkout to get an extra £15 off the price.
The code can be used on all purchases over £100, so if an Xbox isn't your thing but a Wii is, the world is your oyster as they say.
Sticking with gaming, hours of fun are on offer with the ingenious Guitar Hero, available now on the Wii for just £39.97 at Amazon.
Amazon is yet again a winner when it comes to the classical sounds of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and is offering this mighty forty disc Mozart Premium Edition box set for the humble price of £9.97.
Meanwhile, if you're looking for a pay as you go mobile phone deal with a twist, Orange has a range of low cost SIM-only plans to help you with your budgeting.
For just £10 a month, you can opt for the Racoon 10 plan, which gives you 225 minutes and 100 texts, or if you're more of a texter, the Dolphin 10 plan, which comes with 150 minutes and 300 texts.
With a minimum contract length of just one month, you'll get more minutes than a pay as you go plan without the lengthy commitment of most contract deals.
If, on the other hand you're looking for something more meaty, O2 has just reduced its Online 25 Simplicity tariff by £5, meaning you can now get 600 minutes and unlimited texts, plus your choice of `bolt on', such as unlimited 02 to O2 calls for just £20 a month instead of £25.
This provides good value for those who don't mind using their old handset in return for a great deal. The offer runs throughout August.
Offers which continue to be valid:
If you fancy taking a trip across the channel but don't want to break the bank, P & O Ferries is offering trips from Dover to Calais for just £2 for foot passengers and from £15 for cars carrying up to nine people.
Foot passengers must travel between Monday to Thursday, departing after 8.25am and returning before 9pm on the same day. Similar restrictions apply to those travelling by car, so make sure you read the terms and conditions before booking.

Over at Zavvi, there are a couple of great offers on box sets. Seasons one and two of Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant's hilarious Extras are available for £7.99 -- a reduction of £20 off the RRP. The Alien Vs. Predator box set, which contains all seven films featuring the scary duo, is now reduced by £49 to £10.99.

Next time you're sipping your coffee in McDonalds, bear in mind that the chain offers free coffee refills to all its customers. It's a policy not many people know about, as many take their coffee away anyway. However, if you fancy chilling out for a bit, why not take advantage of the policy? I popped into my local McDonalds this morning to check the offer really does exist.
And, don't forget to sign up for the Wagamama newsletter. As part of their Summer Slurpin' promotion, each week you can get your mitts on special vouchers to use in branches up and down the country. This week, the BOGOF deal is back on main meals until the 10th August, so enjoy!
Last but not least, here's one for the Londoners among us.
