Which? has published its annual member survey of holiday companies, revealing which holiday companies to consider - and which to avoid.
Booking a holiday? You might want to refer to the new survey from Which? before you decide which travel company to use. Which? questioned nearly 3,000 members on their holiday experiences to find the best and worst holiday firms out there.
Two companies share the top spot on the rankings. Trailfinders has now been named the best travel company three years in a row, but Audley Travel stepped up this year to share first place, with an equal score of 93%.
[SPOTLIGHT]Languishing at the bottom of the table is Thomas Cook, with a rating of 61%. However, all three companies with the lowest ratings improved on their previous customer scores.

The best and the worst
Which? said that it was welcome to see the improvements in the scores, particularly among the lower-rated firms, but emphasised the importance of doing your research before committing to a holiday.

It's interesting to note that it seems to be the larger firms who are failing to win high votes, while small independent holiday companies are doing fairly well.
