The highly-anticipated Destiny video game comes with a hefty price tag, but where can you get it cheapest?
After a lot of media hubbub, it’s finally here. From the makers of Halo and Call of Duty comes Destiny, Bungie’s long-awaited shared person shooter game.
This action adventure sees you as a guardian of the last city on earth, fighting off enemies and trying to salvage the city’s destroyed remains.
Tens of thousands of avid gamers queued up outside game shops from midnight on Monday to get their hands on one of the biggest releases this decade.
But being the game-changer (so to speak) that it apparently is, it’s doesn’t come cheap.
Retail wars
We’ve shopped around for prices of the game on its own as well as console bundles.
And for anyone who doesn’t know, Vanguard means access to exclusive weapons and gear for the game.

The competition at the top between Tesco and Amazon is pretty tight, so jump on those offers while stock is still available.
Though it’s a little dearer, Game really stands out deals-wise. All products come with Vanguard, you can get a white PS4 and delivery’s free!
Trade-in

Cashback
If you order it online, don't forget to go via a cashback website to get a few quid back. For example at TopCashback you can enjoy 2.62% cashback when you shop at Zavvi, while Quidco pays 1% on consoles or electricals at Zavvi.
Patience
If cash is a little tight, your best option is to wait until the price comes down.
In the meantime, you could ask to borrow it from a friend once they’re finished playing it.
Failing all that, Christmas isn't that far away.
