The streets of Belgravia and Knightsbridge are the most expensive residential areas in England and Wales, according to Lloyds Bank.
Five out of the ten dearest streets are in these areas, with Grosvenor Crescent being the steepest at £16,918,000 on average.

The rest of the top 50 are split between Greater London and the South East, except for one in the North West.
[SPOTLIGHT]Spicers Field in Leatherhead, the highest South Eastern contender, has a sizeable average house price of £3,734,000.
The only northern street to make an appearance in the top 50 is Park Lane in Altrincham, with houses costing an average of £2,494,000. It came 48th on the league table.
Regional findings
North East: The most expensive street was Runneymede Road in Ponteland (£1,154,000). Seven of the ten most expensive streets were found in Newcastle.
North West: Park Lane in Altrincham was most expensive (£2,494,000).
Yorkshire and the Humber: Rutland Drive, Harrogate, took top spot (£1,152,000). Eight of the ten most expensive streets were found in the 'Golden Triangle' area between Harrogate, Wetherby and North Leeds.
West Midlands: Tiddington Road in Stratford upon Avon was found to be priciest (£1,313,000).
East Midlands: The Ridgeway, Leicester, is most expensive (£1,783,000)
East Anglia: Newton Road, Cambridge, came out top (£1,803,000). Nine of the ten costliest streets were found in Cambridge.
South East: Spicers Field, Surrey (£3,734,000). All of the top 10 were found in Surrey.
South West: Sandbank Road, Dorset (£2,493,000). Poole in Dorset accounted for five of the ten most expensive streets.
Wales: Rudry Road in Cardiff came out top (£858,000). Cardiff dominates the list for Wales.
