Get 40 months interest-free on balance and money transfers with Virgin Money.

Virgin Money has launched a 40-month 0% balance transfer credit card, the longest interest-free period ever offered.

The Virgin 40 Month Balance Transfer Credit Card, which also offers 40 months interest-free on money transfers, is available until 9th September.

To celebrate Virgin’s history in music and the recent launch of the Sex Pistols credit card, the card has a ‘cassette tape’ design, which is now available on all other Virgin Money credit cards.

There’s a 2.99% balance transfer fee and one-off money transfer fee of 4%. Introductory rates apply to balance and money transfers made within first 60 days of account opening.

[SPOTLIGHT]As you can see, Virgin is far and away the top of the table, though you will pay a premium for the extra four months of 0% interest in the form of a higher transfer fee than many of the cards with a 36-month interest-free period.

Shorter 0% periods are available, with even smaller transfer fees too. Find out more in The best 0% balance transfer credit cards.
