Fancy making some free money just by being clever with your credit card? These are the plastic friends you need!
Getting something for nothing is always great, particularly when that something is cold hard cash! And thanks to new form of stoozing, all you need to do is be a bit clever with one of these credit cards to get your hands on some free money!
What is stoozing?
Stoozing comes in a few different forms. The newest way of making cash from it works like this. Get yourself a credit card with 0% interest on purchases. Do all of your spending on it each month, but rather than paying it off in full, only make the minimum payments. Then take the cash that you would be using to clear the debt, and put it in a decent savings account.
When you come to the end of the 0% period, use those saving to pay off the remaining debt, and you should have a nice stack of free cash left over. How easy is that?!
The top Stoozy cards
Obviously, to get the most out of this trick, you need to have as long a 0% period as possible. And the good news is there are currently two ace credit cards that offer a full year free of interest on purchases – the Tesco Clubcard credit card and the Sainsbury’s Finance Nectar credit card.
They even offer an additional bonus if you use them for stoozing – you build up loyalty points on the Clubcard and Nectar card schemes respectively. So not only do you get free cash from the stoozing, you can also get money off your shopping, or trade those points in for things like Airmiles!
A health warning
However, this trick is not for everyone. You will need to have a good credit rating, and be the sort of person who pays off their bill in full every month. You’ll also need to show some real discipline, and not get carried away with the spending!
