Find out where you can get an mp3 player, luxury Easter chocolate and a new outfit at 50% off.

Feeling flabby after Easter? Bad bank holiday weather often equals bumper consumption - and with hot cross buns, roast dinners and chocolate eggs on offer, I'm guessing that many of you scoffed your way through the snowy weekend.

If so, some of this week's deals could help to ease your guilty conscience - without breaking the bank.

Outdoor fitness website Field and Trek are offering up to 70% discounts on clothing, footwear and equipment. There'll be no excuse to evade early morning runs or weekend walks with brilliant offers on Asics trainers and Stormlite shoes and boots.

For those exercising solo, music is a must - and this week Amazon are offering brilliant deals on their Philips mp3 players. Most have 50% off, including this sleek 4GB Flash audio videoplayer, which stores up to 2000 tunes.

People who prefer to get their cardio workout walking up their local high street are also in for action this week. Fashion retailers including Debenhams, Faith and Urban Outfitters are now cutting prices by up to 50% both online and in-store, while Woolworths are slashing kids' clothing prices - sale items start from £4.

Burtons also have a great offer for guys this week - buy a suit online, and get a shirt and tie pack added to your order for free.

This weekend, the clocks finally go forward - proof that (despite the persisting gloom) spring is upon us. If you're looking to update your home furnishings when you spring clean, the Matalan, Debenhams and Woolworths sales have lots on offer.

Woolies' easy-care double duvet sets, which include two pillow-cases, are a bargain at just £15. For the truly optimistic, the website's offer of 5-piece hardwood or aluminium garden furniture sets for under £100 might also prove attractive.

Of course, those of you committed to prolonging your Easter indulgence for as long as possible can now snap up egg-stra cheap chocolate (sorry).

Thorntons now feature half-price Easter goodies on their website, and posh chocolate shop Hotel Chocolat have cut the cost of selected festive treats by 30%. Your local supermarket is also bound to have its own clearance offers.

Add a bargain DVD boxed set to your sale shopping list, and you'll be fully prepared for another relaxing weekend.
