Here's our weekly round-up of the best restaurant deals and grocery discounts on offer, plus this week's top supermarket voucher codes!

This week we've got another discount code for new Tesco shoppers. You can also get your hands on great new restaurant deals stretching into November, cheap beer and cider and free bread!

Best supermarket deals

This week, I'm going to start with best grocery offers at ASDA. In the veg aisle, fresh baby spinach (180g) is currently half price, down from £1 to just 50p. There is also a 2 for 1 deal on leafy rocket salad (90g), with two bags currently selling for £1.

ASDA's other great deal is slightly less healthy: you can now buy two pots of Ben & Jerry's ice cream (500ml) for only £3. Mmm...

Best offers at Tesco include this raspberry cheesecake (630g) reduced from £3 to £1.50. You can also pick up two 500g tubs of Utterly Butterly for the price of one, and 12 Muller Corner yoghurts for £2.90.

Also at Tesco, 20 Young's fish fingers are currently on sale for just £1.99, and big tins of Celebrations are currently on sale for £5 instead of £10.

Over at Sainsbury's, bags of cox apples are two for the price of one, making each apple about 12p. There's also a good 2 for 1 deal on satsumas (usually £1.99 for a bag of eight) - and 350g bunches of asparagus are half-price at £1.50.

Several varieties of New Covent Garden Food Co. soup are also less than half price, selling at £1 rather than the usual £2.19.

Morrisons is running a couple of great 'buy one, get TWO free' deals at the moment. You can currently get three 1kg bags of Buitoni pasta for £1.95, and three 350g jars of Dolmio Taste of Italy sauce for £1.99. In both cases, purchases are limited to six per customer in total.

You can also pick up your reduced Ben & Jerry's ice cream at Morrisons: 500ml tubs have been reduced to £1.90 each.

At Somerfield, you can pick up 750g of chilled gammon joint for £3, and 600g of fresh braising steak for £4.

The Co-op is currently selling fresh whole chickens for just £1.47 each.

And finally, ALDI's Super 6 has gone all autumnal this week, with six-packs of apples for 69p, three-packs of onions for 39p, 500g of plums for 69p, 500g of leeks for 49p, 1kg of new potatoes for 29p and 1kg of carrots for 29p.

Tipple

At ASDA, you can now pick up eight 500ml cans of Bulmers Original Cider - or 12 275ml bottles of Becks - for just £6.

And at Majestic Wine, you can still save 25% when you buy two bottles of Spanish wine. Just bear in mind that the offer excludes wines under £4 and over £20 - as well as Cava and sherry.

Cut price snacks

Buy the Guardian newspaper on any Friday during October and you'll find a voucher for a free Fairtrade Tall espresso, latte, cappuccino, mocha or Americano worth up to £2.25. Just remember that the voucher is valid on the day of publication only.

Budget bakery Greggs is still running its latest promotion: You can get two chilli steak lattices for the price of one when you register here. The voucher you'll be emailed is redeemable until 24th October.

Finally, Millie's Cookies is still offering a print-off voucher booklet which includes various 2 for 1 deals on cookies and ice cream. The vouchers expire on 31st October.

Voucher codes

You can currently save £5 on your first online order with Tesco, as long as you spend £50 or more. Just enter the code XX-CRDJ at the checkout.
