I run the facebook page "Get the Nation Healthy Forever" sharing tips on how to ditch the diets for a more realistic Healthy Lifestyle that will hopefully see you into old age without diabetis and other bad food choice related problems.. Remember DIETS DON'T WORK Other interests besides fighting the banks and creditors, computing, some games, and am a bit of a crafter or used to be before I had a spot of psoriasis on my hands that refuses to budge at the moment. I've thought about taking to writing again, a past time I used to enjoy before men entered my life, and its about the only think I can do now thanks to the fingers apart from read.
