    Another theory as to why Ferruccio Lamborghini chose a bull was that he wanted something that looked more imposing and powerful than his main rival's prancing horse. Side note: Lamborghini made tractors before they made sports cars.

    The caption for "le Tour de France" doesn't quite tell the full story. Look carefully and the "O" and "u" in TOuR represent the rear wheel and the saddle of the bicycle. (Although I don't fancy sitting on that saddle for too long!) The orange blob only represents the front wheel, not the whole bike. I love the two zoo logos here with cutouts in the main image representing other animals and landmarks, but it annoys me when established companies (pepsi in this case, but also BBC 3 or British Telecom) spend millions of £ or $ just to revamp their logo into something which wasn't nearly as iconic as the original one.That's enough money to eliminate a major disease or third world debt.
